Angel Biscuits
Angel Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. crisco, 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1/4 c. warm water, 1/3 c. sugar and 2 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt Crisco and cool.
Dissolve yeast (both packages) in warm water; add to buttermilk.
Add these to flour with sugar added.
Put in large bowl and mix.
Cover with greased wax paper; refrigerate until needed.
Roll out desired amount and cut.
Let stand at room temperature 5 or 10 minutes.
Bake at 425Β° until golden.
