Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.

Stir in oil. Meanwhile, dissolve yeast in the 2 tablespoons of warm water.

Add buttermilk to mixture.

Mix well.

Turn out on lightly floured board.

If necessary, add additional flour to make soft dough. Roll out about 3/4 inch thickness.

Dip in melted butter and fold over to a make pocketbook rolls.

Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes or lightly browned.
