Angel Biscuits
Angel Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with self-rising flour, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. soda, 1 c. crisco and 2 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Sift 4 cups flour with the sugar and soda.
Cut in Crisco until it looks like cornmeal.
Place in an another bowl 1 cup flour, buttermilk and yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water.
Mix well to the first mixture and place on a floured paper and roll wet.
Place in a greased covered bowl and keep in refrigerator and cook as you need.
Roll out like biscuits.
Cook at 425Β°.
