Angel Biscuits
Angel Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour, 1 pkg. yeast, 1/2 stick butter, 1 tsp. sugar and 1/2 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Oven: 425Β°.
Add sugar and warm water to yeast.
Set in warm place.
Cut butter into flour.
Add yeast and enough milk to make soft dough.
Pat out on floured surface.
Melt butter in oven in 9-inch round pan.
Remove when melted, dip biscuits and turn over. Bake until golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
Double for larger recipe.
