Angel Biscuits
Angel Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 cups biscuit mix, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1/3 c. shortening and 1 1/4 -2 cups milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine mix, sugar and yeast in mixing bowl.
Cut in shortening until crumbly.
Add milk stirring to make soft dough.
Roll out on lightly floured surface to 1/2 inch thick.
Cut with biscuit cutter and place on baking sheet.
Brush with margarine.
Bake 425 degrees 10-12 minutes.
