Angel Biscuits

Soften yeast in water.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
With a pastry blender or 2 knives, cut butter into flour mixture.
Add yeast mixture and milk.
Stir until well combined.
Cover; set aside for 30 minutes.
Roll or pat dough out to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut into rounds with 3-inch cutter.
Place biscuits on lightly oiled baking sheet.
Prick tops with fork.
Set aside for 45 minutes.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Bake biscuits until golden and firm on top, 15 to 18 minutes.
Serve warm.
