Angel Biscuits

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Sift flour, baking powder and soda together.
Cut in shortening.
Stir in yeast mixture and buttermilk.
Roll out on floured board.
Cut into biscuits and allow to rise.

Yields 4 dozen biscuits.
