Angel Biscuits
Angel Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. lukewarm water, 1 pkg. yeast, 1 c. shortening (can use crisco), 1 tsp. soda and 5 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve yeast in water and add to the buttermilk.
Mix in other dry ingredients. Make biscuits by rolling dough and cutting them out.
Let rise about 10 minutes or longer before baking. Refrigerate any leftover for the next day.
