Amish Cinnamon Bread
Amish Cinnamon Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. starter, 4 eggs, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding and 1 c. chopped apples, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place starter in a large bowl.
Add oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Combine soda, baking powder, flour, instant pudding, flour and cinnamon.
(Leave out soda and baking powder if using self-rising flour.)
Add to starter mixture.
Mix by hand using wooden spoon.
Add pecans, apples and raisins.
Mix well. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake at 325Β° approximately 1 hour.
