Amish Carrots
Amish Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 carrots, 1/2 c. mayo, 2 tbsp. horseradish, 1/4 c. water and 1/4 c. sliced almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cut carrots into strips and steam them for about 8 minutes.
Mix mayo, horseradish and water.
Turn carrots into a baking dish; pour in mayo mixture and mix to coat evenly.
Season lightly with pepper and sprinkle almonds over top. Bake for about 10 minutes and serve immediately.
