Amish Carrots
Amish Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. carrots, 1/4 c. carrot liquid, 2 tbsp. grated onion, 3/4 tsp. horseradish and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cut carrots on diagonal.
Cook in salted water until tender.
Drain; reserve 1/4 cup liquid.
Mix onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and carrot liquid.
Combine with carrots in a buttered casserole.
Mix bread crumbs with melted butter.
Spread over carrots.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
