Ambrosia Mold
Ambrosia Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple (undrained), 1 large pkg. or 2 small pkg. orange gelatin, 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows, 2 c. boiling water and 1 (3/4 c.) thawed cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Drain pineapple, reserving liquid.
Add cold water to make 1 cup.
Stir boiling water into gelatin in a large bowl (2 minutes to completely dissolve).
Stir in measured liquid.
Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
Stir in whipped topping; stir until smooth.
Refrigerate until mixture will mound (about 10 minutes). Stir in oranges, pineapple, marshmallows and coconut.
Pour into mold or molds.
Refrigerate until firm.
