Ambrosia Mold
Ambrosia Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained, 1 3/4 c. thawed cool whip and 1 (8 serving size) pkg. orange jell-o, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add cold water to juice to measure 1 cup.
Stir boiling water into Jell-O in large bowl until completely dissolved. Stir in measured liquid.
Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Stir in whipped topping until smooth. Stir in pineapple, oranges, marshmallows and coconut. Spoon into mold. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Makes 10 servings.
