Ambrosia
Ambrosia is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (5 lb.) bags oranges, peeled and cut up, 1/2 to 3/4 can coconut, 1 tsp. sugar (if needed), 1/2 c. pecans (optional) and 1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine all ingredients, except bananas and nuts, in a large bowl.
Add bananas and nuts right before serving.
