Ambrosia
Ambrosia is an easy dinner. Made with 6 navel oranges, shredded coconut, sugar and sherry (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Peel and slice the oranges, removing all the white membranes and any seeds.
Put a double layer in the bottom of a pretty glass bowl.
Sprinkle lightly with sugar and cover with a layer of coconut.
Repeat the process until all the fruit is finished and finish with a layer of coconut.
Sprinkle with sherry if desired. May add pineapple tidbits if desired.
Serve very cold.
