Ambrosia is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can pineapple chunks, 1 banana, 1/2 c. flaked coconut, 1 (8 oz.) carton vanilla yogurt and 1 can mandarin oranges, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain pineapple and oranges.
Combine pineapple, oranges, banana, marshmallows, coconut and almonds.
Fold in yogurt. Chill.
Serves 4 to 6.
