Ambrosia
Ambrosia is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, 1 firm large banana, sliced (optional), 1 1/2 c. seedless grapes and 1 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Drain pineapple and orange segments.
In large bowl, combine pineapple, mandarin oranges, banana, grapes, marshmallows, coconut and nuts.
In 1-quart measure, combine sour cream or yogurt and brown sugar.
Stir into fruit mixture.
Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour or overnight.
