Ambrosia
Ambrosia is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1 banana, 1 (16 oz.) can mandarin oranges, 1 c. seedless white grapes and 2/3 c. flaked coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Slice banana on bias and dip into pineapple syrup.
Put all fruit in bowl.
Add 1/2 cup coconut and mix.
Pour pineapple syrup over all and chill.
At serving time, top with remaining coconut.
