Ambrosia
Ambrosia is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1 banana, 1 (16 oz.) can mandarin oranges, 1 c. seedless white grapes and 2/3 c. flaked coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Slice banana on bias and dip into pineapple syrup.
Put all fruit in bowl.
Add 1/2 cup coconut and mix.
Pour pineapple syrup over all and chill.
At serving time, top with remaining coconut.
