Ambrosia is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. honeydew melon chunks, 2 c. peaches, sliced, 2 c. strawberries, 1 c. chopped walnuts and 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
