Ambrosia is an easy dinner. Made with 6 medium oranges, 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1 c. coconut, 2 c. mini marshmallows and 3/4 c. salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut oranges into slices.
Peel and cut into quarters.
