Amazing Raisin Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. flour (do not sift), 2 c. sugar, 1 c. real mayonnaise, 1/3 c. milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grease and flour 13 x 9 baking pan.
In large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat first 10 ingredients 2 minutes or 300 strokes by hand. (Batter will be thick.) With spoon, stir in apples, raisins and nuts.
Spoon batter into pan.
Bake in 350Β° oven 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes and remove.
Frost with 2 cups whipped cream.
