Grease 2 (9-inch) round cake pans.
Mix the first 10 items in a large bowl with mixer at low speed for 2 minutes, scraping sides of bowl frequently.
Batter will be very thick.
With spoon, stir in remaining ingredients; spoon into pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes; remove and cool.
Fill and frost with whipped cream.
