Amaretto Mousse Trifle
Amaretto Mousse Trifle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. white or yellow cake cubes, 3 to 4 tbsp. amaretto, 1 1/2 c. cold milk, 4 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding or pie filling mix and 2 c. whipping cream, whipped (i use cool whip), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sprinkle cake cubes evenly with Amaretto.
In small bowl, combine milk and pudding mix.
Beat at low speed 1 to 2 minutes. Let pudding stand 5 minutes to thicken.
Fold 1 1/2 cups of the whipped cream into pudding.
