Amaretto Cake
Amaretto Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 6 eggs (at room temperature), 1 tsp. each: vanilla, orange and lemon extract and 1/2 c. amaretto di saronno, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cream together the butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add sour cream; beat.
Add extracts, baking soda and salt.
Gradually beat in flour.
Add Amaretto and beat well.
Pour into greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
Cool for about 15 minutes and remove from pan to finish cooling.
