Amaretto
Amaretto is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 c. sugar, 1 gal. water, 1 c. dark karo syrup, 1 fifth vodka and 3 oz. almond extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil sugar and water for 50 minutes with lid on pot.
Add Karo and stir; let cool.
Add vodka and extracts.
Store for at least 2 weeks or more.
