Amaretto is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 c. sugar, 1 gal. water, 1 c. dark karo syrup, 1 fifth vodka and 3 oz. almond extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil sugar and water for 50 minutes with lid on pot.
Add Karo and stir; let cool.
Add vodka and extracts.
