Aloha Cake
Aloha Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, 1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding, 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (large), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and coconut and nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Prepare cake mix as directed, using pineapple juice instead of water.
Bake on 17 x 11 1/2 x 1-inch cookie sheet or 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes. Combine pudding, cream cheese and 1 cup milk.
Blend together and spread over cake.
Spread drained pineapple and spread on cake. Frost with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with coconut and chopped nuts.
