Almond Toffee Candy
Almond Toffee Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. almonds, slivered, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Place almonds on well-greased baking sheet to form a 10 x 7-inch rectangle.
Combine butter, sugar, salt and milk in small saucepan.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until mixture turns to a light brown color.
Pour mixture over almonds.
Let cool.
Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Spread chocolate evenly over toffee mixture.
Freeze until firm.
