Almond Biscotti

Mix the first 8 ingredients in large mixing bowl, then add flour and almonds until well blended.
Separate dough into 3 parts; roll each into a "rope."
Place on greased cookie sheet and flatten slightly.
Brush with egg and water mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes, until center is slightly firm.
Cool slightly. Slice diagonally with sharp knife.
Recipe can be doubled.
