All-Purpose Yeast Dough is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1/4 c. margarine, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Scald milk.
Put margarine, sugar and salt in work bowl.
Pour scalded milk in bowl.
Let cool to lukewarm.
Add yeast; mix.
Add egg; mix.
Add flour a cup at a time and mix after each addition. Put dough into a bowl and cover; let rise.
Shape into desired rolls.
Let rise.
Bake at 400Β° until nicely browned.
This dough can be used for sweet rolls, cinnamon rolls, coffee cakes, raised doughnuts, etc.
