In a large mixing bowl, put turkey, chicken, beef, onion, cooked rice and celery.

Mix well.

Add soup mix, egg, chili seasoning, flour and bread crumbs to the meat mixture.

Mix well. Add another egg, if too dry, at this point.

Roll out in 1 to 2-inch meatballs.

Cook on baking sheet at 350Β° for 1 hour (according to size of meatballs).

Add to your favorite sauce. Serves 5 to 6.
