All-Bran Muffins
All-Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. all-bran, 1 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. oil, 2 eggs and 1 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix the first two ingredients; set aside and cool.
Add the oil.
Combine the eggs, sugar, buttermilk, flour, soda and salt. Mix. Combine the two mixtures.
Add the remaining All-Bran.
Spray muffin pans.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Also will keep 7 or 8 days in refrigerator.
