Ale 8 Cake
Ale 8 Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 2 sticks margarine, 3 tbsp. cocoa and 1 c. ale 8, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Sift together flour and sugar; set aside.
Mix and bring to a boil the margarine, cocoa and Ale 8.
Pour over the flour and sugar while hot; mix well.
Mix together soda and buttermilk; add along with beaten eggs and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Add small marshmallows while beating on low speed.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes in prepared 9 x 13-inch pan.
