Albacore with Rice
Albacore With Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 3/4 c. water, 1 1/2 c. assorted fresh vegetables (pea pods, carrots, mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, red peppers) and 3/4 c. uncooked long grain rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In large saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except tuna and cheese; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
Stir in tuna and 1/2 cup cheese.
Top with remaining cheese, just before serving.
Refrigerate leftovers.
