Mix first four ingredients and cook to rolling boil.
Continue cooking for 3 minutes.
Stir a few times and set aside to cool. (Must be cold.)
Then add remaining ingredients to cold mixture. Bake in a tube pan for 60 to 70 minutes at 350° to 375°.
Cool cake for 1 hour before removing from pan.
