African Greens
African Greens is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 pkg. frozen greens (collards, mustard and/or turnips), 3 slices bacon, 2 to 3 chicken wings, 1 large onion, sliced and 1 tbsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Fry bacon and chicken wings until brown; remove and drain. Put greens in seasoned oil from meats.
Put in onion; place bacon, etc. on top of greens and cook for 1 hour.
Mix other ingredients together; stir.
Pour over greens and mix.
Simmer 10 minutes.
