African Chicken
African Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken, cut (bone if you wish), 2 tbsp. tabasco sauce, 15 oz. can tomato sauce, 10 oz. can chicken broth and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Rub chicken with Tabasco sauce.
Roll in flour.
Lightly brown in hot oil.
Put into baking dish.
Saute onion in browning pan. Add oil if necessary.
