Line cookie sheet with foil.
Lay out soda crackers on foil in a single layer.
Melt the butter and brown sugar until smooth and pour over crackers.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips.
When chips are soft, spread and top with chopped nuts.
