Made with 4 to 5 c. zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick, 1 1/2 c. bisquick, 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded, 1/4 c. onion, chopped and 1/2 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
