Acorn Squash
Acorn Squash is an easy dinner. Made with 1 acorn squash, cut in half with seeds removed, 1/2 c. applesauce and cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place squash side down in glass baking dish.
Add small amount of water, about 1 inch in pan.
Bake at 325Β° for approximately minutes partially soft.
Remove water from squash cut side up in pan.
Fill each half with 1/4 cup applesauce; sprinkle with cinnamon.
Return to oven; continue baking until done.
Makes 2 servings.
