Acorn Squash

Wash squash and split lengthwise; scrape out seeds. Place cut side down on baking sheet lined with foil. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until squash is tender.
Turn squash over.
Add 1/2 slice bacon, butter, salt and pepper to each. Return to oven and bake for 30 minutes longer or until bacon is cooked. Yields 6 servings.
