Acorn Squash
Acorn Squash is an easy dinner. Made with 1 acorn squash, 2 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

👨🍳 Instructions
Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds.
Turn squash upside down on oiled baking pan.
Bake in oven at 400° for 30 minutes (or longer if larger squash).
Turn upwards and place 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar in each half.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes more, or until done.
Serves 2.
