Acorn Squash
Acorn Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 acorn squash, 1 tsp. brown sugar, 4 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 to 1 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Bake until soft at 375Β°, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Cut in half. Remove seeds.
Scoop out insides.
Leave the half shells intact. In the blender or mixing bowl, add the brown sugar, butter, salt and orange juice.
Whip until smooth and creamy.
Spoon into the acorn squash shells and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Serves 4.
