Preheat oven to 350Β°. In bowl, mix corn, sugar and brown sugar.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Add oil and beat until well mixed.
Stir in raisins and nuts.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to liquid all at one time and stir until blended.
Pour into greased 9 x 15 pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes (until cakes tests done).
