8 Layer Salad
8 Layer Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head shredded lettuce, sprinkled with salt and pepper, 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled, 6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced, 1 box uncooked frozen peas, thawed and 1 medium sweet onion, sliced thin (purple), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer as follows
1/2 head shredded lettuce, bacon, eggs, peas, onion, mixed dressing, ham and Swiss cheese.
Press down after each layer.
The dressings will spread thickly over entire surface and top with ham and cheese.
Cover with Glad Wrap and refrigerate at least 12 hours.
