7-Up Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 3 tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream together softened cream cheese, Jell-O, sugar and vanilla.
Dissolve with 1 cup boiling water.
