7-Up Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. lime jell-o, 2 c. hot water, 2 large pkg. cream cheese, 2 tsp. sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Gel slightly.
Cream cream cheese with sugar and vanilla.
Slowly add Jell-O.
Add pineapple (do not drain).
Add 7-Up and gel until set.
