7-Up Salad
7-Up Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello, 2 c. boiling water, 2 c. 7-up, 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, save juice for topping and miniature marshmallows (white or colored), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix first 4 ingredients and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover with marshmallows.
Place in fridge until set.
Cook 1 cup pineapple juice, sugar and egg until thick.
Let cool. beat in cream cheese and pour over jello.
Top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts.
