7-Up Fruit Mold
7-Up Fruit Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. cold water, 3 c. boiling water, 1/3 c. lemon juice, 1 2/3 c. 7-up and 3 envelopes unflavored knox gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In a large bowl, sprinkle Knox gelatin over cold water; let stand 1 minute.
Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Stir in remaining fluids and sweetener. Chill mixture until consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Fold in fruit and pour into mold or 2-quart serving bowl.
Chill until firm.
Makes 12 to 14 servings.
